Welcome to The Asana! Nestled in the exquisite Dom Pedro Quinto Residence, this fantastic, award-winning House will be the perfect base for your stay!

While centrally located, with all the sights within walking distance, the Massarelos district is still a neighbourhood to be discovered. It has long been a classy place for the locals to wind down, with plenty of paths surrounded by maple trees and Camelias, a riverwalk with its cafés and the tram, and downtown Porto just a short 15-minute walk.

The space
This is truly a unique property tucked away in a quiet yet central location of Porto, Massarelos. You will be right in the epicentre of the city, with downtown to one side and the Boavista area to the other, with its famous Casa da Musica Concert Hall and the new Metrobus that takes you directly into the beachside. A variety of services such as a shopping mall, the trendy Bonsucesso food Marquet and Palácio de Cristal are just a stone's throw away.

This architectural, award-winning house has two big bedrooms with their own bathrooms. The Master en-suite on the upstairs level has fantastic views of the lush green road, giving access to the riverside. It is equipped with a double bed, desk and office chair, stationary bike, and wardrobe. The downstairs bedroom has direct access to the private interior garden of the house and is equipped with a queen bed, a closet, and an adjacent fully equipped bathroom.

The open space has plenty of natural sunlight. It has all the comforts of modern living, a comfortable sofa, a dining area sitting six people, a 55" TV with all the streaming networks, a wine cooler, and a fully equipped kitchen with Bosch and SMEG appliances. This space faces the street leading to the river and the interior garden, accessible through the sliding doors. The private garden has a small bistro table that fits two people.

The entire house has underfloor heating and air conditioning. The laundry room, which is equipped with a washer/dryer, is accessible through a concealed kitchen cabinet door. Yoga mats are provided.
