My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travellers, and families (with kids).
This is a comfortable modern home in the heart of the countryside. It is an ideal base to explore Galway city, The Burren, Cliffs of Moher, Connemara, The Aran Islands, Bunratty and the rest of the Wild Atlantic Way.
Shannon airport is just an hour away, driving to Dublin takes just over two hours.
The house is surrounded by green fields with a view of Derrybrien and the Sliabh Aughty mountains.

Home away from home, the setup is perfect. Brid is a welcoming host but you have your own privacy. Very comfortable and clean, ideal location for Galway and surrounding areas.

Brid's accommodation is so lovely and in a beautiful serene spot about an hour's drive through the Burren. We were warmly greeted, and even received a lovely welcome pack with some basics to get us started in the kitchen! A lovely stay in a beautiful part of Ireland. Thanks again…

Great value! We had wonderful days in Galway. Brid is such a lovely and hospitality host. The decorations in the house are so exquisite and you totally have your own space.

Brid made us scones and greeted us when we got there. She lives in the next room of the house so we could knock if we needed anything. The house is a bit hard to find with a gps and the WiFi connection is weak but definitely manageable. Thanks for letting us stay!

Response from Brid:
"Thank you for pointing out those difficulties Kelsey. I've never encountered this problem before but as most of my other guests were looking for a retreat in the countryside they were not heavy internet users. I will certainly investigate further and thank you again for you feedback! Best of luck :) "

Lovely place to be and to stay. Brid's home is in a beautiful pastoral setting of sheep grazing next door and cattle lowing across the road. The air is soft, gentle and delicious. You are minutes from stores and Galway, and towns with pubs, restaurants and music. The nights are…
