Its exceptional location along the Yonne river combines swimming, calm surroundings and is near the medieval towns of Vezelay, Clamecy, Auxerre and Avallon. The garden slopes to the river with its herons, ducks, and swans, and extends to surrounding woodland. The house is comfortable and tastefully decorated.
The ground-floor living room has a fully equipped kitchen with a large wooden table that seats 6, and a lounge with a sofa bed. The lounge through which one passes to go upstairs to is a spacious room with a sofa bed for 2 persons, features Internet access and a 50-inch screen, DVD player for watching movies or satellite TV.
On the first floor, under the beams, there are two double rooms with internet access, one very large, has a high-tech bath, and a queen size bed. The shower room has a toilet, another separate.
The charm of the house is its view, the soothing calm of the river,.
