We met Dave on arrival and he was an absolute charmer. Lovely guy who went out of his way to make us feel at home. The house was immaculate with lots of home comforts, great wifi and DVD collection. In a whisper quiet location with the beach across the road with the Fundy tides and great views, very picturesque

A beautiful location and a great little cottage with everything we needed. We arrived on a rainy afternoon and the heating was already on! Colleen and Dave gave fantastic advice on things to do and see around the Bay of Fundy. Also called on the night of our arrival to make sure everything was ok. Would definitely stay here again maybe in the summer next time!

Colleen was exceptionally helpful and very tolerant of us messaging her a few days early when we got our itinerary mixed up! Thanks Colleen :) The cottage is just as advertised: simple and functional and with great access to Port Greville and surrounding areas. Things to be aware of: the shower is a little temperamental due to being run off a pressure pump, so the water cuts out of the shower and empties into the bath periodically, requiring you to manually re-redirect it. Also, it may have been that the previous occupants smoked in the cottage, but it was nothing we couldn't banish with a scented candle. All in all, we slept peacefully, enjoyed the full kitchen and our communication with Dave and Colleen.

The house is clean and location is perfect. Very short walk to the shore. Can see the ocean from the window and hear the ocean. Three minute walk to the grocery store which is a liquor depot as well. Pizza in the store is one of the best we ever ate. Highly recommended! A short drive to Cape D'or. Scenery drive and beautiful Cape D'or which a destination you cannot miss. It is a breath taking Cape with short hike. The house is a gem. Will stay again!
