The space
Large 25 m2 room in semi-buried basement equipped with a 140 double bed, wardrobe, dresser, sofa and desk.
Semi-basement has advantages and disadvantages: larger, better soundproofed, less light, cooler but of course there is a window and efficient electric heating.
A small toilet is installed next to the rooms for the exclusive use of our guests as well as a fridge and freezer to share.

Guest access
The tenant can use the kitchen (until 8:30 p.m.) and the bathroom at will as well as the terraces, the garden and of course the pool in season.
