Alyce and her mother stayed in my apartment when I was away so I was not there to give personal advices.
Also, why not send a message or take a phone call ?
You got the number to my best friend, who is acting as a contact person if/when I am away. Why not give him a call ?
If you had walked the other way, to the right up in the street (maybe you could have found this on the internet before starting to walk ?), you would have found the supermarket mentioned in the Airbnb profile which is about ten minutes to walk. This is a Coop supermarket that has most of the thing needed.
There is even a pizza shop that can deliver on the door. Folder/menu in the bookshelf in the living room.
On the kitchen table there were bus routes which gives information on the bus times. Also there are bus times to the airport bus.
Have a better look next time ?
In the bookshelf in the living room you will find loads of information/brochures about a lot of things in Bergen. Restaurants, museums, galleries, trips, "must do's"..etc.
Also Information and folders regarding the "Bergen Card" that gives lots of reduces prices on bus, other transportation, entrance tickets and lots of other things that could be interesting for tourists.
The mattresses in the double bed are changed already !
The problem with the internet is something that has happened two times this year, and both times it has been problems that the provider of internet has made. My friend fixed it in one minute when he was made aware of it.
Or send me a message ? I check messages several times a day, even if I am away.
Next time have a better look around where you are, and you will find that the information and solutions are there.
Too bad I was not at home, but had to travel away for work when you stayed there, or else non of this would have been a problem. Well, sorry about that Alyce.
Hopefully it was worth it after all.
