Centrally located in the Deniliquin CBD, this apartment is in close walking distance to restaurants, pubs and all town amenities. The apartment has a separate guest entrance with easy access to a delightful mix of natural and cultural attractions. The resident Artist lives and works at the back of the property and shares the kitchenette space. The house is located on the doorstep of the Island Sanctuary, home to many different bird species, echidneas, wallabies, microbats, kangaroos and more!

The space
The apartment is a separate private bedroom, ensuite, lounge, verandah and workspace on the second floor of the building. You will have secure and private access to the side lane and gate to enter from End St and private use to these areas.

Guests have shared use of the Reading Room, Dining and Kitchenette areas located on the ground floor. The Artist lives at the back of the residence and the Reading Room is a thoroughfare to the Dining and Kitchenette area which she sometimes uses for art materials and to make Tiny Folk sculptures and other artworks.

You will have dedicated use of the kitchenette but it is lcoated in a shared area. If you would like to request the Artist not to use these areas when you are staying, please advise when booking so she can remove any materials or artworks she needs before you arrive.

If you would like to join her for a workshop please let us know on booking and we can arrange a private workshop.

Note: The Reading Room has tourist information and pamphlets, bird books and other books for guest use. Please return after use for the next visitor.

Guest access
Guests have private access to the side lane, bedroom and ensuite, work area, lounge room, and verandah. The Dining and Library areas are shared areas but not heavily utilised by the Artist. The kitchenette is for the dedicated use of Guests.

Other things to note
The property overlooks End St which is not the main street of Deniliquin, but be aware the property is across the road from The Exchange Hotel and the area can occasionally be busy and sometimes noisy on weekends and public holidays.
