All within 20 minutes easy walking distance are Opua Marina & Boatyard, Opua General Store & Opua Cruising Club (a great Bar & Bistro).
Our Apartment is spacious, clean & comfortable, with large rooms, suitable for individuals, couples, small families or groups of friends.

There is one bedroom configured with either twin beds or one king size.
There is a single bed in the rear of the large lounge. We also have a double air bed and a single if needed for extra guests/children etc. (extra charges will apply).
There is free wifi and freeview tv provided as well as jigsaws, books and board games.
The full kitchen/diner has all the equipment you'll need to cater for yourselves.
There are restaurants in Paihia and the nearby Opua Cruising Club has a welcoming bar and bistro. Guest Membership at no extra charge can be arranged at the Opua Cruising Club for the duration of your stay if required.
Access to the property is via the shared driveway, there are 2 car spaces to use at the top, on the right next to the shade house.
You will have
- access to the garden and surrounding fruit trees. Depending on season there will be mandarins, grapefruit, tangelos, peaches, apples, and chinese lantern fruit.
- your own self contained kitchen with full cooking facilities - grocery packs available if specified at time of booking.
- your own comfortable lounge with Freeview TV, books and games.
- your own laundry facilities
- your own patio upon which to sit in the afternoon sun with a cocktail while watching the Tuis and Finches play in the trees and grasses.
Other things to note
We rely on rainwater for our supply so we are careful how much we use, no overly long showers or wasting water please.
Our water comes from the sky , not town supply. therefore we have to be careful with the amount we use.
We will usually be around to welcome guests and make sure they are settled in.
We can supply grocery packs - for breakfast, lunches, dinners etc if required. POA.
The first morning's light breakfast is on us.
