Even though we arrived when she wasn't home, Liz left us clear instructions and I found she was very good at communicating for our whole stay. She had lovely breakfast sitting out for us in the morning and the view was always nice. I would stay again if I went to stay near the Yarra again :)

This was a amazing place to stay with friendly people who were so willing to share their home. Smith's Gully is beautiful, especially looking through the dining room picture window! Proximity to Kinglake and the Yarra Valley make it a great place to stop and appreciate Oz. A safe, clean, stylish home where the experience is well worth the drive. Try it, you wont be disappointed!

Not only great value for money, but a really enjoyable stay! I usually prefer an entire place, but chose this home because of the proximity to friends I was visiting and I really thoroughly enjoyed Liz and Mark's gentle and welcoming hospitality. The house and property are stunning; there are little touches that create a really warm and friendly environment (like it smells nice, the lovely breakfast, and little soaps); and it's a great way to get a taste of life in this scenic part of the world. I visited some amazing wineries nearby during my stay too! Highly recommend!
