Joshua Tree and the communities surrounding the Joshua Tree National Park include Flamingo Heights, 29 Palms, Pioneertown, Morongo Valley, Yucca Valley, and Landers. –Joshua Tree National Park: 800,000 acres of mystical beauty - Joshua Tree National Park is one of the world’s most incredible natural desert treasures. Sweeping, grand in scale and populated by granite monoliths and voluptuous rock and boulder formations. This quiet land, conducive to meditation and roaming, was carved by extremes in climate - wind, rain and an ever-present, relentless sun. Diverse forms of plant life are found everywhere, but none as unique or prevalent as the park’s namesake: the Joshua tree, standing majestically across the vast topography.
–Pioneertown: Step back in time to this rustic Old West-style village. Wander through the historic buildings, visit unique shops, catch a live music performance at Pappy & Harriets, and experience the Wild West charm.

-This home has a security camera mounted on the entryway gate and another camera located towards the second gate with the white face and they are directed at the exterior of the home in order to monitor the quantity of cars on property so we may ensure compliance with local ordinances.

Guest access
You will have the entire house and property to yourself. Only registered guests are allowed, unless specifically agreed upon during the booking process. While we encourage taking walks on our property please do not wander into our neighbor's backyards in the surrounding area as you will be trespassing on private property
Other things to note
• POOL AND HOT TUB HEATING:
- Your rental includes heating for the in-ground pool in May and September.
- The hot tub is always free to heat.
- However, during the cooler months, there are extra charges for pool heating.
- If you want the pool heated during these months, please let us know before you arrive.
Extra Charges for Pool Heating:
October and April: $200 per night
November, December, and March: $300 per night
January and February: Pool heating is not available
• EVENTS & COMMERCIAL PHOTOSHOOTS: Are not permitted without prior approval, applicable permit and additional fees.
• DOGS: Your dog is welcome and there is a one time fee of $100. Please alert us in advance. Max of 2 dogs.
• SOCIAL MEDIA: If you plan on sharing your experience on social media, please mention us!
• CELL SERVICE: Cell phone service availability and quality in the high desert varies by service provider. This is particularly true in the more remote areas of Joshua Tree, Pipes Canyon, and Pioneertown. Please be prepared by enabling wifi calling or downloading a VOIP program.
• ROAD CONDITIONS: Many roads are dirt, so please take it slow. A four wheel drive car is not required, but note that roads will often have ruts, particularly after a rain
