Property's large private deck, and private yard and barbecue. Next door to the house is a Game Room/ house that can be rented for extra large crowd. "The Gathering Place #2"

Other things to note
IF YOU RENT BOTH GATHERING PLACE #1 and #2 together you can use Kayaks and bikes and paddle boards-
There are 2 bikes and 2 paddle boards and a kayak that can be used AT YOUR OWN RISK. Life jackets ARE required for kayaks and paddles boards will need to bring your own. Kids under 18 can not use kayak or paddle boards without adult with them. Helmets are required for riders for bikes who are under 18.
