Boasting a secure auto gate private entry from Park Lane with offstreet parking for 2 cars, this air-conditioned modern holiday home comes with a complete kitchen, laundry, living and dining space, all opening onto a large deck showcasing the tropical garden, outdoor shower and 15m lap pool. Access to Pool and Grounds

Guests have access to the pool area; however, access beyond the glass pool fence to the main house is NOT permitted at any time . The BBQ area of the main house and its surrounding grounds are strictly off-limits to guests .

* Visitor Policy : Visitors are welcome to visit the property however ALL guests MUST be registered with management prior. Visitors are NOT permitted to stay overnight , camp or park on the property.

Other things to note
Strictly No Parties Or Events: We ask that guests respect the peaceful nature of the property.

Guest Registration: All guests MUST be listed in the booking. Booking on behalf of another person or persons is prohibited . Strictly registered guests in the booking have access to the pool, grounds and villa. Visitors are welcome but they MUST be registered with management prior .

Respect for Neighbours: Please keep noise to a minimum, especially after 10:30 PM.

Pet Policy: 1 x dog per stay is permitted upon request. Dogs are NOT allowed inside the accommodation at any time. If there is evidence of pets found inside, an additional cleaning charge of $150 will apply. Guests are responsible for ensuring their pet does not disrupt the peace of the neighbours. Pet owners must clean up after their pets.

Please note: Unless the main house has been booked as part of your stay it will remain blocked during your stay giving you exclusive access to the pool and it’s grounds .

No Smoking or Vaping: We kindly ask that smoking and vaping are only permitted in outdoor areas. Smoking is NOT permitted anywhere inside the property .

Cleanliness: Guests should not leave the house in a state that requires excessive or deep cleaning. All dishes, cutlery etc to be placed in the dishwasher and turned on on vacating. Please put all trash in the garbage bins provided. The BBQ is to be cleaned if used.

Damage: Please inform of damages as soon as possible. Guests are expected to pay for reimbursement if responsible for damage, missing items or unexpected cleaning costs.

15m Pool: Please note the pool is 1.5 metres deep, and for safety reasons, we do not recommend diving. Glass is not permitted anywhere in the pool area. Please note, the pool heating is only available in the months between June & August.

Keys: Lost keys will incur a $100 fee.
