Situated on a peaceful vineyard in the heart of the renowned Margaret River Wine region, the Tiny House is only minutes away from many of the best wineries, restaurants and breweries. The Juniper Tiny House also has the spectacular beaches of the South West just a short drive away. With an emphasis on environmental sustainability, the Tiny House is an example of the future of tourism. Please read all the details below.

The space
The Juniper Tiny House is a harmonious blend of space and functionality. It has a modern, minimalist feel with an emphasis on sustainability and style. The bedroom, with its expansive window blends the distinction between inside and outside, immersing you in the environment. At night, the bedroom is almost at one with the night sky.

Guest access
The Juniper Tiny House is situated on a working vineyard. You can enter via a gated fence but please remember to close the gate behind you as we sometimes have livestock on the property. Access to the house is by a key in the lockbox by the front door.

Other things to note
The Juniper Tiny House is an adults-only accommodation. It is totally off-grid - solar powered, rainwater and a composting (non-flushing) toilet. The toilet is changed regularly and has an introduced bacteria which speeds up the composting process . During the day there is ample power from the solar to run the air conditioner. At night, the 12.3kW battery system provides plenty of power to run the lights and ceiling fan, but it does not have the capacity to run the air conditioner throughout the night.
On those cold winter days and nights you can keep cosy with 'Roaring Meg', the super cute wood burning stove.
