The Beach House by Unrushed is our flagship property under the Unrushed banner. It has six spacious rooms with ensuite bathrooms and a big private sit-out area or balcony, a shared kitchen for all the rooms, and a big lawn. Three rooms are on ground floor and another three rooms are on first floor. There is private parking onsite with 24 hours security and free bi-weekly cleaning.

It is situated bang opposite to the Kabalana beach entrance. It is perfect for digital nomads, couples and solo travellers looking for a modern and clean accommodation but close to the beach and to all the eateries and bars.

True to its name, the Beach House by Unrushed is situated bang opposite to the Kabalana beach entrance in the hip suburb of Ahangama called Welhengoda.

You can literally walk to all the hip eateries from the Beach House. You can party in Trax and walk back home.

You can also walk to all the surf spots such as marshmellow, sticks, rock, animals, gas station, kabalana.

Ahangama centre is a km away and easily walkable outside the peak afternoon hours.

It is perfect for digital nomads, couples and solo travellers looking for a modern and clean accommodation but close to the beach and all the eateries and bars.
