You’ll have the house to yourself.
You’ll love our three bedroom farm cottage in the grounds of the homestead because of the Historic Farm Setting, the location, the views, the peace and quiet and beautiful walks. Eurambeen Historic Homestead is also on the cusp of the Grampians and Pyrenees Wine Regions. Our place is great for couples travelling together, business travellers, families , history and garden lovers and wine fanatics.
Gardeners are especially welcome.

The space
Comfortable funky 50s cottage with three bedrooms. Fully equipped kitchen including dishwasher. Comfortable lounge with wood heater and reverse cycle heating plus aircon. Three bedrooms. two have queen beds and the third has twin share singles.

Guest access
The whole house is yours and a delightful cottage garden with garden seating.

Other things to note
Our pet sheep are often in the paddock next door and are very friendly.

We are located on the cusp on the Grampians and Pyrenees Regions of Victoria. Beautiful scenic walks, superb wineries and great cafes.
Abundant bird and wildlife.
Within 10 minutes of Eurambeen you’ll find Beaufort. Beaufort is a picturesque, quintessential Australian country town with many attractions and great local amenities.

Shopping
The IGA supermarket is open until 9pm daily and stocks local Pyrenees Wines
A retail strip containing a pharmacy; news agent; post office; laundromat; ATM, and hardware store.
The iconic Beaufort Big Garage Sale (run by Jim) which sells old wares and antiques;
Two Op shops full of treasures and bargains
A Saturday Market which is held on the first Saturday of the month;
Two craft stores selling local artisan wares and fresh produce;
An Organic Food store

Food and Wine
Our local winery: Michael Unwin's cellar door. Pop in for a wine tasting.
Great cafes including the Pyrenees Pantry.
There are two pubs: The Golden Age and The Beaufort Hotels. Both have excellent counter meals.
The Beaufort Bakery.
There are numerous wineries and cellar doors in the surrounding Pyrenees region and two very close by at nearby Warwick. Ask us for directions.

The Great Outdoors
Wander down to the Ephemeral Wetland on Eurambeen or explore the three acre garden.
Walk around Beaufort Lake which has an Indigenous Cultural walk. You’ll also find a cross-fit equipment circuit.
Fishing: The lake is re-stocked with fish regularly;
The best Golf Course affectionately known locally as ‘Royal Beaufort’
Within 20 mins of Eurambeen there are two beautiful State Parks: Mt Cole and Mt Buangor both have walking tracks to suit all walking levels.
There’s also a great gym in town.
