As you step inside, you’ll be captivated by the exposed rose gum timber frames and rafters that create a warm, inviting atmosphere. The natural beauty of the home is complemented by blue gum benches, a natural stone vanity, and a striking main feature log that doubles as functional shelving, adding character and style throughout.

This retreat is truly one-of-a-kind, combining modern elegance with the raw beauty of nature. Rose Gum Retreat offers two beautifully furnished bedrooms: the master suite featuring a luxurious king-sized bed, and the second bedroom with a comfortable queen bed. The master bedroom is air-conditioned, ensuring a cool and restful stay, and the layout allows the cool air to circulate throughout the entire home. You’ll also enjoy the highest quality of linens and amenities, including luxury Sheraton towels. Both bedrooms offer their own TV’s.

Outside, unwind on the expansive deck and take in the peaceful surroundings, with cows and horses occasionally visiting, and the vibrant birdlife that calls the area home.

Rose Gum Retreat is all about privacy and serenity, offering a true escape from the everyday hustle. For those seeking adventure, the region offers a variety of walking tracks, scenic waterholes, and opportunities to explore the stunning natural beauty of the area.

The property is secluded, but not far from conveniences—a large 24 hour service station is just 7 minutes from your doorstep, with everything you might need, including an Asian Fusion takeaway, McDonald’s, Beefy’s pies, a convenience store, and a petrol station. In addition there is the local Kandanga pub around the corner and the feed store that stocks local meats and produce including Jeremiah breads.

The popular beaches of Noosa are just a 40-minute drive away, while Gympie is only 24 minutes from the retreat.

If you love markets, Imbil hosts its Sunday markets just 17 minutes away, and you'll also find an IGA there for your grocery needs. The famous Eumundi Markets are held every Wednesday and Saturday, only a 30-minute drive from the retreat—definitely worth a visit!

Dingo Creek Winery is a lovely outing and just 14 minutes from your accommodation.

Guests have access to all areas within the cabin, as well as the valley directly in front and the backyard. However, please be mindful not to wander beyond these spaces, as another tenant occupies the property. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation!

*Wood is provided for the fire pit. Fire pit also comes with accessories for cooking.

*Please do not enter the paddocks where the cattle and horses are.
