Perched on the water’s edge, Seaside Sanctuary is a relaxed luxury coastal retreat designed for slow mornings, sunset dinners and days spent by the sea. With direct beach access and panoramic water views, the house feels more like being aboard a boat than a traditional beach house.

The space
The ideal beach house, perched on the water’s edge with a spacious deck wrapping around the home and uninterrupted views across the bay.

The open-plan living, dining and kitchen areas flow seamlessly to outdoor dining and relaxed coastal entertaining spaces.

The home is thoughtfully equipped with everything we enjoy when staying ourselves, from comfortable indoor and outdoor living spaces to relaxed areas designed for long afternoons by the water — including the much-loved oversized beanbags on the deck.
