The space
Welcome to our spacious and luxurious property, thoughtfully designed to provide comfort and convenience for large groups!

Our home features five king-sized bedrooms, each with its own attached washroom for maximum privacy and ease. All the washrooms are equipped with heated flooring, ensuring a warm and cozy experience even during the colder months. The master bedroom boasts a stunning ensuite bathroom with a freestanding tub, perfect for relaxing after a long day.

The property can comfortably accommodate up to 20 guests, with plenty of space for everyone. In addition to the king-sized beds, we also provide five twin mattresses, which can be placed in the bedrooms or common areas as needed.

The open-concept living and dining spaces are ideal for gathering, whether you’re sharing meals, playing games, or just relaxing together. The kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances, making it easy to prepare meals for your group.

If needed, we can provide additional furniture on request, such as extra seating, tables, or other items to ensure your group is comfortable and has everything you need.

This home is perfect for family reunions, ski trips, or any large gatherings. We strive to make your stay as enjoyable as possible and are happy to assist with any special arrangements you may need.

Guests will have access to the entire house, including all five bedrooms, bathrooms, and common areas. The space is designed for your privacy and comfort, ensuring a relaxing stay for your group.

Other things to note
To ensure a smooth and enjoyable stay for everyone, we kindly ask guests to follow these guidelines:

• Bedroom Usage: Please use only the bedrooms required for your group size. For example, if you book for 3 people, please use only 3 bedrooms, as you are paying for 3 guests. If we find that additional rooms have been used, there will be a charge of $50 per bedroom, similar to the fee for adding extra guests.
• Cleaning Fee: The cleaning fee included in your booking is for groups of 5 or fewer. For groups larger than 5, an additional cleaning fee of $100 per 5 guests will apply.
• Garbage: Only 2 large black bags of garbage are included. Additional garbage will incur a fee of $20 per bag.
• Pets: We welcome pets! However, pets must remain on the main floor. If you need to take pets upstairs, please use the provided pet bed and keep them in only one bedroom. If we find pet hair in other beds, there will be an additional cleaning charge of $100.
• Shoes: No outside shoes are allowed inside the house on any floor.
• Yoga/Prayer Room: Please note that alcohol and pets are not allowed in the yoga or prayer room.
