Entire Apartment in North Beach, Durban, KwaZulu-Natal, South Africa.
Apartment building has 24 hrs security guard and on site supervisor. All entrance is access control with electronic disc.
The apartment consists of 1 private bedroom with queen size bed, plenty of built in cupboards, hangers, ironing board, iron, hairdryer and full dressing mirror.
In the lounge there is a single bed and also a sleeper couch that converts to a double bed. All linen is provided. TV including full DSTV.
Dining area consists of family size table with 6 seats, table cloth and place mats
Kitchen is fully fitted and consists of a dishwasher, necessary dishes (plates,bowls, tea cups etc), pots pans and cutlery (set of 4), double sink, microwave, kettle, toaster, oven, stove, extractor, breadbox, tea, coffee & sugar. NO washing machine however there is a laundrymat downstairs.
There is a single bathroom which has a toilet, single wash basin & walk in shower. The shower cubical also has a wide seating area for the elderly. Hand and bath soap, facial tissues and toilet rolls provided. 1 set of fresh towels are provided per check in and to be returned on check out.
Undercover secure parking is available at no charge and it is about 20 meters from the apartment entrance and also has 24hr security.
Excellent apartment for a small family who want to holiday in Durban.

Should any of the rules below be broken the booking will be immediately cancelled and the guests will have to vacate the apartment immediately.
As this is a residential apartment block their shall be absolutely:
No loud music including parties or functions
No loud TV or radios
No loud talking or
No screaming or
No smoking or drugs or illegal activities anywhere within the apartment or apartment block
No drunkenness and /or disorderly conduct anywhere within the apartment or apartment block are permitted
No materials of a dangerous or explosive nature to be kept within the apartment or apartment block.
Or any other activities that can cause distress or nuisance or disturbance to the neighbours or other residences.
Given the size of the apartment no visitors are not permitted at any time.
No items whatsoever of any nature is to be thrown out of the windows.
No loitering in the common property of the residential block
No pets or animals allowed
Should any of the above rules be broken the booking will be immediately cancelled and the guests will have to vacate the apartment immediately.
Garbage /refuse must be placed in plastic bags outside the flat before 07h00 but not before 05h00 Monday to Saturday (excluding public holidays). No refuse is to be left out in the corridor overnight.
Guests must supervise their children so that no damage or nuisance is caused on the commons areas or to the other residents or their property.
Children are not allowed to play in the lifts, fire escapes, stairsways, parking area and driveways and must be accompanied by an adult when using the lifts
Check in is strictly after 2pm and check out no later than 10am
