Nestled in the peaceful coastal town of Evans Head, NSW, Park St is a beautifully restored beachhouse that perfectly blends luxury, comfort, and relaxation only 300m from Main Beach. Ideal for family vacations or groups of friends, this property consists of a main house with 4 bedrooms, sauna and 15 m lap pool & separate self-contained dwelling (upon request), both thoughtfully designed to ensure your stay is unforgettable
The space
Main House:
3 Bedrooms: Each featuring a king-size bed, ensuring a restful night’s sleep for all guests. Each bedroom is fitted with a smart TV , ceiling fans , luxurious bed linens and soft furnishings.
Sunroom: A cozy lounge area that can also double as a sofa bed, offering additional sleeping space if needed.
Games Room: A fun and comfortable space downstairs with 2 single beds , lounge , assorted games and smart TV, perfect for kids or extra guests.
Bathrooms: A full bathroom upstairs, plus a second bathroom downstairs, complete with a luxurious bath for ultimate relaxation. A separate laundry provides added convenience for longer stays. Bath towels and deluxe body wash , shampoo and conditioner are also provided for your stay.
Kitchen & Dining: A fully equipped kitchen allows you to prepare your favorite meals, with an adjacent dining area.
Outdoor Area: A spacious covered outdoor BBQ area with an extra-large table makes it easy to enjoy meals and entertain outside by the 15 metre pool complete with swim jets. A outdoor smart TV , Ceiling fan and patio strip heating is also provided for your comfort and enjoyment.
Wi-Fi: Stay connected with high-speed internet throughout your stay.
Air Conditioning/Heating: Stay comfortable no matter the season.
Leisure Amenities: Stay active in the gym area, unwind in the sauna, or enjoy a refreshing swim in the large lap pool. The pool is heated in the cooler months between June and August.
An additional full size fridge and chest freezer are located downstairs .
Parking: Off street parking for 3 cars or 2 cars + 1 boat.

Park St is conveniently located close to the bowling club, main beach, and surf club. Just a short 5 minute stroll to town, where you'll find the local pub, & shops including cafes, butcher , chemist and also supermarket. The end of the street also features a large new playground with stunning river views, making it a fantastic spot for families.

Guest access
Guests have access to the main house pool and grounds. Unless the second dwelling has been booked as an additional cost, access beyond the pool fence to the second dwelling is NOT permitted at any time . For your privacy we do not book the second dwelling out whilst you are staying in the house giving you exclusive use of the grounds and the facilities.
Visitor Policy : Visitors are welcome to visit however ALL visiting guests MUST be registered with management prior . Visitors are NOT permitted to stay overnight , camp or park on the premises at any time.

Strictly No Parties , Events , Loud Music or Disruptive Behaviour : We ask that guests respect the peaceful nature of the property.
Guest Registration: All guests MUST be listed in the booking. Strictly only guests in the booking have access to the pool, grounds and house. Visitors are welcome however they MUST be registered with management prior NO exceptions.
No Pets: Sorry, pets are NOT permitted anywhere on the premises.
Respect for Neighbours: Please keep noise to a minimum, especially after 10:30 PM.
No Smoking or Vaping: We kindly ask that smoking and vaping are only permitted in outdoor areas. Smoking inside the property is NOT permitted at anytime .
Cleanliness: Guests should not leave the house in a state that requires excessive or deep cleaning. All dishes, cutlery etc is to be placed in the dishwasher and turned on before leaving. Please put all trash in the garbage bins provided in the driveway . Please clean the BBQ prior to departing.
Damage: Please inform of damages as soon as possible. Guests are expected to pay for reimbursement if responsible for damage, missing items or unexpected cleaning costs.
15m Pool: Please note the pool is 1.5 metres deep, and for safety reasons, we do not recommend diving. Glass is not permitted in the pool area. Please note, the pool heating is only available in the cooler months between June & August .
Sauna And Gym Area: Persons under the age of 16 must be supervised by an adult when using the Sauna and Gym area.
Keys: Lost keys will incur a $100 fee.
Additional Cleaning fee : Please ensure the house is left as you arrived to avoid additional cleaning fees .
