Experience cozy comfort on a small cherry orchard in Cromwell. This boutique sleepout is perfect for 1-2 guests, blending rustic charm with modern convenience. Enjoy an ensuite bathroom with a shower, toilet, and vanity, plus a mini fridge, microwave, toaster, and jug. A continental breakfast is included to start your day.

Surrounded by friendly cats and a dog, it’s ideal for animal lovers. Affordable and tranquil, it’s the perfect low cost escape for your Cromwell adventure!

The space
This space is roughly 20m2, over two separate rooms (bathroom and main area).
You can access it directly from the driveway.

Guest access
Guests are welcome to explore the orchard.
There is also a track down to the back of the property, which leads you to a picnic table looking over the Kawarau Gorge and vineyards such as Black Quail Estate, Terra Sancta, Felton Road and Mount Difficulty.
You can even access a track down to the river track for a walk either left or right of the property, 30 minute walk to the Bannockburn Bridge (left) and 35 minute walk to Panners.

During your stay
At any time during your stay, you can contact Sam via the phone number provided on the Guest Information Document left inside the accomodation, or via the AirBnB messenger app.

There are often occasions where we do not get to meet guests, as both of us (Sam and Linden) work primarily outside the property - but we are always reachable by text, message or phone call.

Other things to note
This is a quiet, privately owned property with plenty of friendly animals keen to greet you.

If you leave your door open, you may just get some furry visitors!
