Our one bedroom Studio
King bed each dressed in luxurious French linen for the ultimate in comfort and relaxation. Ceiling fans and custom robes complete the experience, ensuring you’re always cool and cosy.
The fully restored bathroom features a separate shower and washroom, accented with playful checkerboard tiling. Perfect for refreshing after a day in the sun. Or, step straight from your bedroom to the hot and cold outdoor shower.
The one-bedroom studio at Sundowner features a convenient kitchenette with a bar fridge and coffee and tea-making facilities. For those who prefer dining out, Yamba offers a great selection of local restaurants and cafes just a short stroll away.

Important Note for Suite 3 Guests
Suite 3 is located beneath a 3-bedroom apartment. While we’ve taken extensive measures to reduce noise during renovations - including double soundproof insulation and fire- and sound-rated gyprock - some sound may still travel between floors. This is especially true if there are children staying upstairs.
We kindly ask all guests to be considerate of one another to ensure a comfortable experience for everyone. That said, if a super-quiet environment is your top priority, please keep in mind that Sundowner is situated in the lively heart of the village, where a bit of hustle and bustle adds to the charm.
We appreciate your understanding and look forward to welcoming you to Sundowner!
Guest access
At Sundowner, you’ll have full access to your private apartment. Enjoy the open-plan living area, kitchenette, and vintage hifi with a curated collection of records.
Outside, guests share access to the communal backyard, which features outdoor dining, festoon lighting for evening gatherings, a BBQ, a hot outdoor shower, and surfboard storage. Please help us keep these spaces tidy and ready for everyone to enjoy.
Please note that communal areas are shared with other guests, so we kindly ask you to respect quiet hours from 9 PM to 8 AM.
