Open the gate and stop to take in the view at Gulliver's Farm Stay.
'Lilliput', little in nature, but tall in style and comfort.
Nestled in front of Macrocarpa Pines with views over the property and rolling green hills towards the South East coast.
The Tiny house is totally off grid....run by the sun!!!
Even the goats and donkeys are tiny and friendly.
Do as much or as little as you like.... the choice is yours.
Breakfast and a complimentary bottle of wine is included in your stay.

The space
Gulliver's is a small hobby farm situated in Copping. The property was once a thriving apple orchard and packing shed n the early 1930's. Once the apple industry slowed down, sheep and cattle were grazed there after.
The property became quite rundown until we took over ownership in 2010. Over 1000 native species of trees have been planted and kilometres of fencing replaced. Why we have chosen miniature goats and donkeys, they are calm, hilarious and have very individual personalities and love being around human contact We hope that if you feel you would like to experience some time with them or take some photos, then we would warmly welcome you to have that opportunity.

Gulliver's Farm Stay is the 2nd driveway on your right as you turn into Marshton Lane. There is a wrought iron swing sign with 'Gulliver's Farm Stay' indicating the road to travel up. The 300m drive up to Gulliver's is on a old partly gravelled country lane. Suitable for 2wd vehicle access. Originally called Patrick Street on old records of the area. Drive in and park close to 'Lilliput' to unpack your items. Be aware of the fire-pit surround.
Access into 'Lilliput' will either be key already in the the door or code sent to you privately before arrival.

Other things to note
We are fully off-grid and on tank water. The sun is the power source to the property.
There is a top of the range Clivus Multrum odourless , waterless composting toilet, which only requires sawdust per visit.
