Wildcroft is a heritage cottage, nestled in a rural setting between Dunsborough and Yallingup. The property is rich in history, constructed from local timbers back in the early 1900s. It has been lovingly restored, so that its rustic features can be enjoyed into the future, with the addition of all the comforts you might expect from boutique, down south accommodation.
The space
Located centrally on Caves Road, both Yallingup and Dunsborough are about a five minute drive away.
Both bedrooms include a queen size bed with quality linen and bedding. There is a split system air conditioner in each for your comfort. Bedroom one includes an ensuite bathroom with shower, bath and toilet, with the main bathroom offering a shower, toilet and washing machine. Towels and basic toiletries are also provided.
The kitchen is fully renovated including an oven, cooktop, dishwasher, microwave and butlers sink, with a range of kitchenware provided. This open area of the cottage also includes a small lounge room, with couch, coffee table and TV. There is a split system air conditioner to provide heating and cooling to this part of the house.
Outside, enjoy extensive gardens and lawn, with outdoor areas including the iconic Australian timber verandahs and a rustic open shed with built in bench and seating, perfect for enjoying a cold drink overlooking the lawn and garden.
There is extensive parking space, suitable for multiple cars and also large enough for trailers or boats.
The cottage has Wi-Fi available.

Other things to note
The cottage is in a rural setting, however it is close proximity to Caves Road, which is approximately 50 metres away. This road is a busy 90 km/hr tourist road, and guests may experience road noise, especially during peak tourist periods.
