Overall we had a great time at Edie's place. The location is very quiet and great for relaxation. Big bright and open house with great facillities. Ensure you note the house is 45km away from the city so don't expect to be venturing into the local clubs late at night. The hosts…

We always advise quests to wear insect repellent as the Philippines does have sand flies, no seem um’s or nik-nik’s. Some people, due to body chemistry, are more attractive to these insects. We had an inspection for bed bugs as we do take quest concerns seriously with no evidence of contamination. We do spray our yard and beach for insects but I do expect that unfortunately for this 1 quest that she was very attractive to these nik-nik’s

Thanks Reme for the wonderful comments. We have passed your cooking comments on to Joy, she was embraced to be congratulated for her skill but I know she appreciates your comment. We like to host families like yours, very easy to cooperate with. Next trip come to see us in El Nido!
