Wanting a couples romantic getaway? Wide open spaces and spectacular rural views? If this is what you desire; come stay.
Set on 2500 acres historic cropping and sheep farm between Young and Grenfell – 25 minutes drive to either town. We offer a true country experience. Relax and unwind as you explore all of what the hilltops region has to offer. There is even a brewery less than five minutes away @bullacreekbrewing; and not much further away @iandracastle.

The space
Our lovingly restored and renovated cottage began it's life as a shearers quarters back in the late 1890’s situated about 1km from where it sits now. Moved piece by piece and rebuilt it became a little café. An extension just completed offers a very generous sized bedroom and bathroom. It now begins it's third life as a couples retreat or romantic getaway.
Nestled in the bottom of the garden this unique accommodation is sure to please. Guests have access to the homesteads pool, gardens and maze; or take a walk about the property. Bring your bikes if you are feeling adventurous and discover our quite country lanes.
For your comfort there are two reverse cycle air conditioners in the building.
There is one large bedroom with a queen bed (a trundle beds are available on request at an extra charge) with a stunning copper bath under a large window. Ooh la la! You can have a relaxing soak as you take in the spectacular views.
The bathroom is a very generous size (you could swing at least six cats in this bathroom ..joking) has underfloor heating and is simply stunning! We supply body wash, shampoo, conditioner and a hairdryer.
The kitchen is fully decked out with everything you could possibly need for cooking for a couple of days or even a week, when you can’t bear leaving the peace and solitude.
The lounge area has two large comfy lounges and a TV (if you must) For your entertainment we have supplied a variety of books and board games. Make yourselves a cheese platter and some local wine or beer you have picked up during the day, spread out on those lounges. Relax and enjoy.
During the cooler months we also offer a firepit to enjoy as you marvel at our night sky.

Other things to note
We are a working farm so there will be farming activities likely be happening while you are staying. Embrace it.
