*Guests are required to submit soft copies of their passports prior to the check-in date.
*Standard check-in time is 4PM and check-out is no later than 11AM. AED100 per hour for late check-out, subject to availability.
*Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the apartment, only allowed outside on the balcony. Any smoking evidence will result in a fee of AED 2,500 for odor removal, duct cleaning, and furniture cleaning.
*Please return the access cards/keys in good condition upon your check out. Replacement of lost cards/keys will be charged at a rate of AED500.00 per card or key.
*Building Facilities: The building amenities including the pool, gym, etc., are directly overseen by the Building Management. We do not have any control or accountability over these facilities. Please be advised that these amenities could be subject to maintenance and closures, which may occur without prior notification.
