Life’s Better Beachside is a luxury two story Holiday Home in Normanville, with amazing views of the Fleurieu Coast. Consisting of five bedrooms, two bathrooms, two living areas inside and another one outside, this home can comfortably sleep up to 12 people.
Situated in a quiet elevated street in the beautiful seaside town of Normanville known for its long white sandy beaches and quaint coastal village.
This is not just any holiday home; it's one of the premier where it is all about lifestyle. Enjoy relaxing on the decking watching the ever-changing shades of the ocean followed by stunning sunsets over the coast.
Enjoy two versatile living areas, perfect for that special family or friends group holiday where everyone likes to have their own space. The open plan lounge, kitchen and dining areas are located upstairs where expansive windows and doors connect the inside living to the outdoor balcony with plenty of seating and amazing views to the coast.
This home includes a fully equipped kitchen with modern appliances including a dishwasher, microwave, wall oven and electric cooktop. There is also a slow cooker, air fryer, rice cooker and electric mixer, perfect for entertaining and creating culinary delights..
The upstairs spacious Master King Bedroom has ample room including a large separate WIR/change area. The second spacious King Bedroom has stunning views of the Fleurieu Coast, and the third Bedroom has a tri-bunk (single on top of double) with the perfect study nook featuring desks, also with views. Downstairs has the third King Bedroom and another Tri-Bunk Bedroom with access to the downstairs bathroom. All bedrooms feature quality linen on every bed. Bath towels and beach towels are available to hire with $10 packages. Send us a message on how many you require and we'll add it to the booking.
The downstairs lounge area has a mini kitchenette with a bar fridge and coffee/tea making facilities with plenty of games and things to do for all ages. Table tennis anyone? It’s already set up ready for you to enjoy.

Number 1 - Enjoy your stay in the amazing home on the beautiful Fleurieu Coast. Whilst this property is ideal for Family and Friend groups, it is not suited for parties or events.
GUEST TOWELS
We provide bath mats and hand towels in the bathrooms and guests can either bring their own bath/beach towels or purchase towel packages.

Please note, we have both external and internal stairs that do not have safety gates for toddlers.
