Tuppence Cottage is a delightful and comfy cottage set in beautiful surroundings in a small country village. Check in was simple, keys in a small coded key lock. Two bedrooms simple and beautifully furnished, very comfortable beds, lots of warm blankets and doonas. The reverse cycle aircon was running when we arrived on a cold June afternoon, a much appreciated touch, thank you Sue. Our well behaved Kelpie was entered in the triathlon at the Casterton Kelpie Muster, and Sue very kindly allowed us to bring her indoors with us. We brought her own bed, so she didn't get hair on the carpets, sofas or beds. The yard is fully fenced, so we knew she was safe when outdoors and exploring. Sitting outside the back door at the end of the day, with a glass of red and looking out to the paddocks was such a treat. Sleeping was so easy, it's a very quiet neighborhood, and we were so warm and comfortable. Plenty of reading material, DVDs, CD's, TV, comfy sofas. There were plenty of thick towels, a very nice bathroom, washing machine and dryer. The pantry is well stocked with spices and basics for cooking meals, and plenty of cookware. Our three night stay was more like visiting a friend, than staying in accommodation. Such a gorgeous cottage, we really didn't want to leave! Can we come back next year please? :)

Excellent place in a very good town. House has all required amenities and a car port. A very good lounge area overlooking front garden and very good back yard. All information provided was useful and very never experienced any issues. Sue also has a very good collection of songs and films. If you are interested in horses, there are lot of books available to read. Definitely recommend this listing.

Cool little place that had the feeling of staying at a friends place rather than a motel. Went for a run at the oval across the road and it had a safe place to park my car from the weather. Communication was good and the key collection was quick and simple. Thanks Sue for a great stay!
