The Bootmaker's House is a charming workers cottage that has been lovingly restored. Originally a shop attached to the front, housed the J. Pickering Bootstore where the Bootmaker would sit and mend the towns boots. The shop no longer exists but the Bootmaker's House stands strong and ready to welcome you. Located in the heart of Nannup, everything is on your doorstep from shops and cafes to the meandering Blackwood River. Enjoy a quality stay in a beautiful location!

The space
The property is set on a 900 square metre block with a beautiful back garden complete with a hills hoist clothes line, fire pit and outdoor bath. To the front of the house there is a porch surrounded by native trees, the perfect place for morning or afternoon cuppa.

Inside you will be delighted by our hand pressed Carlotta + Gee bed linen, Sheridan bath towels, Koala Eco products, quality teas and coffee, fresh eggs, dairy and non dairy milks, biscuits as well as many other essentials for your stay.

In the cooler months our guests like to cozy up by the indoor wood fire with a beautiful wool blanket.

Our fully equipped kitchen has everything you will need to cook up a storm. Nothing has been left out. Sit and enjoy your meal at our beautiful pedestal table with in built bench seating and vintage chairs.

Our property is the perfect place to slow it all down and reconnect.

You will have access to the whole house aside from the two locked areas which are the front bedroom and garden shed.

Other things to note
We offer 1 night stays throughout the week, and a 2 night minimum over the weekend.
