You may never want to leave this beachfront retreat! This contemporary, newly furnished, three-story home on the boardwalk at 35th Street has postcard full ocean views. A large rooftop deck, second floor balcony, and ground level patio, all with plenty of seating to enjoy the waves and sunsets.

You may never want to leave this beautiful beachfront retreat. This contemporary, newly furnished, three-story home on the boardwalk at 35th Street has postcard full ocean views. Five stunning bedrooms, one being on the third floor with a private bathroom.

The open concept living area with a beautiful fireplace to warm the room in winter months and on cool summer evenings. The fully equipped kitchen, features stainless appliances. A half bath is conveniently located just off the kitchen. The laundry room has plenty of room for doing laundry.

The beautiful master bedroom has a king bed with stunning ocean front views and a luxurious en-suite bathroom with a walk in shower and closet. The second bedroom has a queen bed and an en-suite bathroom with a walk in shower as well. The remaining 3 bedrooms all have 2 twin beds and share a bathroom.

The outdoor space becomes an extension of your living space. The rooftop deck has table chairs, and comfortable lounge chairs!

Pavilions grocery store is three blocks away on 32nd Street, flanked by several local's favorite eateries. Lido Marina Village with high-end and casual restaurants and boutiques is a quick walk away. The Newport Pier area with shops and local eateries galore is minutes away by bicycle or scenic 10-15 minute walk along the beach. This location is perfect for families looking to explore the area and enjoy the beach!
