The space
There are 2 primary bedrooms and a 3rd in the converted sunroom. All bedroom windows feature blackout curtains, clothing storage, comfortable bedding and privacy. The primary bedroom has an en-suite bathroom with dual vanities, walk in shower, and separate tub. The kitchen is well stocked. Two separate living rooms allow space for everyone to spread out. The patio has a table and chairs where you can enjoy the red rock view.

Other things to note
There is a separate laundry room with laundry detergent and dryer sheets. There is also a desk in the laundry room where one can work or draw. The carport can accommodate 2 vehicles, plus a 3rd on the gravel.
