2 bed/2 bath/2 story Oceanside condo on the top floor of the "B" building. Gorgeous ocean view from primary bedroom/balcony. oversized resort style pool, long pier, restaurants/marina. Bike/boat rentals. Spa m/oversized pool. Absolutely NO PETS, NON SMOKER. We look forward to hosting you. Please note: The primary bedroom is an open concept(there isn’t a bedroom door to lock it off). Laundry room is on the garage level. You will need a laundry prepaid card to utilize.

The space
The city of Oceanside is a relaxing beach town. My beach condo has a gorgeous view of the white capped waves from the upstairs master bedroom. I am so pleased to exceed my guest's expectations. This is a coastal community so Amtrak trains run through the coastline. If you are an unusually light sleeper, this would not be a great fit for you. This is a two story condo located on the top floor. There is one bedroom downstairs and an oversized loft upstairs (oversized loft does not have a door). "B" building at North Coast Village.

Other things to note
Please, please read the welcome letter prior to your stay. It will make your stay more enjoyable. We are located between a marina with boat rentals and the longest pier in California!
