Welcome to Beach N Berms – a place where you’ll instantly feel like you're on holiday the moment you step through the door. 🌊✨ As you enter, you'll be welcomed by a spacious living area that flows seamlessly into a cozy bedroom featuring two comfortable single beds. Downstairs you will also find a bathroom with a shower and toilet, a convenient laundry area, and internal access to the garage.

Plus, we're pet-friendly! 🐶🐾 Your furry companion is welcome outdoors and can sleep in the garage (please bring your own bedding and bowls).

Out the back, you’ll find a fully fenced, lush green backyard, providing plenty of space for a friendly game of backyard cricket or simply unwinding in nature. 🌿🏏 It’s also dog-friendly, so your furry friend can enjoy the outdoors too! 🐶🐾 Plus, there's a dedicated entertaining area, perfect for gatherings or relaxing in the fresh air. 🍃✨

Upstairs, you'll step into a bright and airy open-plan living space that radiates warmth and vibrancy. The modern, fully equipped kitchen boasts the latest appliances, making meal preparation a breeze. 🍽️✨ The seamless flow between the dining and lounge areas creates the perfect setting for both relaxation and entertaining, with direct access to the deck for enjoying the fresh air. 🌿☀️

The property boasts two beautifully styled bedrooms, each with a plush queen bed for a restful night’s sleep. 🛏️✨ The bright, contemporary bathroom features a luxurious freestanding bath, perfect for unwinding, while a separate toilet adds extra convenience. 🚿🛁

Pet-Friendly Policy 🐾

Our home welcomes pets outdoors only, with the option for them to sleep in the garage. Guests must provide their own dog bedding and bowls. If you’d like to bring your pet along, please let us know at the time of booking. A pet cleaning fee of $110 per stay applies.

To ensure a pleasant stay for all guests, please adhere to our pet policy:

1️⃣ Clean Up Required – Guests must clean up after their dog before departure. Additional cleaning fees may apply if this is not done.

2️⃣ No Pets on furniture – Pets are strictly not allowed in bedrooms or on lounges. We ask guests to respect our quality furnishings and linens, as well as future visitors.

3️⃣ Beach Rules Apply – Please follow all local regulations regarding dogs on beaches.

4️⃣ Supervision & Control – Dogs must always be under their owner's control, kept securely confined in the backyard when not on a leash, and must not be allowed to roam the streets or disturb neighbors.

5️⃣ Owner Responsibility – Guests are fully responsible for their pet’s safety. The property owner assumes no liability for any incidents, including those related to fencing or escape.

6️⃣ No Long Unattended Periods – Pets must not be left alone for extended periods, as excessive barking or howling may disturb the neighborhood.
