The space
The whole place has been redone entirely and is like new, in a recent building.

It has a lift and a balcony facing south.

A state of the art Air conditioning system has been installed for the summer and there is a central heating for the winter.

Internet with WiFi is provided with 30 MB speed; there are more than 200 TV channels available on a brand new UHD television, with access to Amazon Prime movies and series, including Netflix . A sound system is available in the living room.

The kitchen has an combined microwave/grill/conventional oven, a fridge and a freezer, a dishwasher, a washer/dryer for the clothes, an iron and an Espresso coffee machine, in addition to the drip-coffee machine.

There is also a desk in the main room with a laptop (US keyboard) and a color printer.
