We have a driveway with off street parking for 2 cars. Nearby there is further free street or public car park parking if you need it.
The home is predominantly single level but does have steps to the garden and back separate rumpus room from the deck.

We have a single security camera with floodlight at the front of the property. The camera views the driveway, gate and part of the front yard only. It is always 'on' for the security of the house, our guests and their property. Please do not move it, reposition it, tamper with it or switch it off. We thank you for your understanding.
Other things to note
Salt is on a main road, making it very convenient for access to the shops, cafes and restaurants nearby as well as the beach. We are in a quiet small, regional town but do expect that in holiday periods this road does get busier. As with most properties in this area, you may hear some traffic noise.
