Guest access
The driveway can hold up to 6 vehicles. Please understand the neighborhood does not allow street or yard parking or parking over the sidewalk.
Dock space can be rented separately if available - please request if needed before booking.
Please note: The owner's boat is parked at the dock. The boat is strictly off limits to house guests.
Other things to note
Our Guest Relations Managers will be at your service every day from 9 am to 11 pm. In case of emergencies, our support staff is available 24/7.
Our curated properties are in highend quiet neighborhoods. Guests will be expected to be respectful of the property, neighborhood and neighbors.
All reservations over Christmas and New Year’s Eve require a minimum of 7 nights and must cover the following dates: December 19th to 26th or December 26th to January 1st (+/-1 day). Please contact the host before making your reservation.

At a glance:
The reservation owner is required to be at least 25 years old, sign a simple rental agreement and be verified by SafelyStay in order confirm the reservation and occupy the property.
The reservation must list the exact number of guests. Maximum occupancy is 18 guests (up to 14 adults over the age of 13). After the 14th guest, there is a $100 per night per guest charge added to the reservation.
Should you request an early check-in (before 5 pm) or a late checkout (after 10 am) please do so at least 24h ahead. Subject to fees and availability.
Approved pets are welcome; a non-refundable $250 per pet fee shall apply.
