Whether you’re here for business or pleasure, our hotel is designed to cater to your every need.
The space
Unwind in our thoughtfully designed rooms, equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Enjoy free high-speed WiFi, a full private bathroom with a shower, and fresh towels along with complimentary toiletries, including body wash, shampoo, and conditioner. Each room also features a mini-fridge, hair dryer, work desk, and a Roku TV for entertainment, with access to a shared microwave nearby, making it an ideal space for both relaxation and productivity.
In accordance with Airbnb’s guidelines, this property is listed as a hotel due to its commercial location. However, we operate as a self-serve short-term rental, similar to a rooming house.
Guest access
As a self-serve short term rental accommodation, we offer a convenient self check-in process. Prior to arrival, please send a photo of both the front and back of a valid government-issued photo ID. Once we receive your ID, we will assign you a unique access code, which will be provided on the day of arrival shortly before check-in at 4:00 pm, allowing entry to both your room and the front door.
Luggage storage: We currently do not offer any luggage storage services. If you require luggage storage, an early check in can be arranged (if available) for an additional fee. Please contact us for more information.
Room Size: All of our room sizes vary in size, some are slightly larger some are slightly smaller we cannot guarantee which room you will be assigned until check-in. However, we do guarantee that a queen bed and a private bathroom will be provided in all of our rooms.

We do not have designated parking. However, we can certainly recommended parking nearby.
Parking: We recommend two parking options close to our property. First Option: paid street parking on Spadina Avenue. Please see the location at the following link: (link blocked by Airbnb) . Second Option: This parking is located behind our property in the laneway off of Cecil St. See the location here: (link blocked by Airbnb) . Cecil St parking payment link: ( link blocked by Airbnb) . Once parked here, you would have to walk from the back to the front, around the block, to enter the front entrance of our property. Both options allow for payment through their respective apps, which means you can extend/renew for parking remotely from your phone, without the need to physically place a parking ticket in your vehicle.
This property does not have an elevator. Guests will need to climb 2-3 flights of stairs to access rooms.

To facilitate a comfortable and respectful environment for all, we have established a few simple property guidelines. Please take a moment to familiarize yourself with them:
Home Sweet Home Hours
Check-in time is at 4:00 PM, and check-out time is 11:00 AM. Kindly adhere to these hours to ensure a seamless experience for everyone. A late checkout fee will be applied to your bill if you check out after 11:00 AM.
Staff Access for Safety, Fire Hazard, or Maintenance Concerns
To ensure the safety of all guests and the integrity of the property, management and authorized staff reserve the right to enter any unit without prior notice in the event of a suspected safety issue, fire hazard, or emergency maintenance situation. This includes, but is not limited to, the detection of smoke, unusual odors, tampering with safety equipment, failure to respond to safety checks, maintenance issues, such as a water leak. Every effort will be made to respect guest privacy while addressing urgent concerns.
Bicycles & E-Scooters
Bicycles, e-scooters, and similar, small transport vehicles are not permitted inside the property.
Housekeeping
Complimentary housekeeping is provided every 5th day of your stay. To schedule complimentary cleaning, guests must request us 24 hours in advance.
Additional cleaning beyond the complimentary service can be provided for an extra fee.
Fresh towels can be provided upon request between the hours of 11:00 AM to 4:00 PM if housekeeping is onsite.
Early Check- In & Late Checkout
Early Check-In can be arranged for $20.00 +tax / hour for every hour before 4:00 PM. Late Check-Out can be arranged for $20.00 + tax / hour for every hour after 11:00 am. Both options are subject to availability of your unit.
Luggage Storage
Due to the limited space in our property, we currently do not offer luggage storage facilities, however, you may consider our early check-in or late check-out options instead.
Smoking
This property is strictly non-smoking. All of our rooms are equipped with highly sensitive smoke detectors that can detect smoke from vapes, cigarettes, e-cigarettes, and marijuana.
Smoking in the room will trigger a false fire alarm, prompting the fire department to respond and requiring all guests to evacuate the property. In such cases, the fire department imposes a false alarm penalty ranging from $1,000 to $4,000, which will be charged to the guest responsible.
Furthermore, if smoke or related odours are reported by housekeeping, a $500.00 + tax cleaning fee will apply.
Safety & Security
The property is monitored by in-person security. For added protection, please ensure the front door fully closes behind you, allowing the deadbolt to automatically engage and prevent unauthorized access.
Gathering Guidelines
While we encourage you to enjoy your time, please refrain from hosting parties or events at. Our goal is to maintain a serene and comfortable atmosphere.
Tranquility Time
To ensure a peaceful stay for all guests, please keep noise to a minimum, this includes TV and music noise. Noise disturbance, parties, or noise from people acting disorderly are responded to by the security and Toronto police. Kindly observe quiet hours in the common areas of the property (such as hallways, entrance, etc.) from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM to allow everyone to unwind and rest without disturbance. During quiet hours, please keep TV volume below 10 units.
Furry Friends
Although we adore pets, we regret to inform you that we cannot host them due to potential allergies and
disturbances for other guests.
Waste Disposal
If you need to dispose of waste that exceeds the capacity of the bin provided in your room, please use the large garbage bin located at the end of the 1st floor hallway towards the back of the building. We kindly ask that you avoid leaving any garbage or waste in front of your room or in the hallway to maintain a clean and comfortable environment for all guests
Linens & Towels Policy
Please note that permanently stained or damaged linens and towels (including blood, makeup, hair dye, self-tanner, food, or oil stains) will result in a replacement fee.
For hygiene purposes, all pillows and comforters are encased in waterproof protective covers. Please do not remove these covers. If removed, a $60 professional cleaning and sanitization fee will apply.
Visitors
For the comfort and safety of all, guests beyond the maximum capacity of the room and unregistered guests/visitors are not permitted on the property. Allowing visitors into the property will result in the immediate cancellation of your reservation without a refund and eviction from our property.
Noise Disturbance Policy
If a noise disturbance is reported (either by another guest or security), we will take the following steps:
First Instance: We will contact you directly and request that the noise level be reduced.
Second Instance: If a second noise complaint is received, security will be dispatched to your room to address the issue in person.
After a third instance, the guest will be requested to vacate the room without a refund.
Please note that a service fee of $150.00 + tax will be applied to your bill for each instance security is required to visit your unit. Additionally, if security is required to remain on-site to assist in resolving the matter, a charge of $150.00 + tax per hour will apply.
