Spacious, private, clean, and organized are a few words I would use to describe our apartment.
The room is luxuriously appointed and a perfect fit for a solo traveler or couple. Tasteful furnishings throughout the apartment, free of knick knacks and personal clutter.
The full-floor layout of the apartment is nice in that there are no connecting walls between the bedrooms, living room, or shared bathroom, which keeps it quiet and gives a lot of sense of privacy.
Access to all common areas including the Living Room with cable TV, kitchen, backyard, and shared bathroom.
Fresh towels and linens, anything you need to cook, enjoy a cup of coffee, iron, ironing board, and a clothes steamer. iPhone charger, shampoo, hair dryer, cable tv and high-speed wifi, coin operated washer/dryer (don't worry, I have plenty of quarters and detergent). Relax in the backyard, and more!
There is a plenty of free street parking in my neighborhood. Guests who have cars usually find a spot in front, or within a block. I also have Preferred Parking Permits available for $10 per day to help guarantee you a spot during the daytime if you want to keep your car parked and go explore the City by Public Transportation, Tour Bus, Walking, Uber, etc.
