10 minute drive to downtown Austin, but close to all of the wineries and breweries on 290, this special urban escape sits on an acre of Texas farmland. We welcome you to the artist guesthouse, where you will enjoy the 100 year old Pecan trees, fire pit, and private garden area. The space is fully private and has a separate entrance from the main farmhouse, which is also on the property.

Say hi to the two hens that live on the property and enjoy some excellent Texas hospitality!

The space
The main bedroom has a spacious king size bed and TV for you to relax and unwind. The adjoining bathroom has just been renovated, please enjoy a bubble bath.

In the Salon, you will find a full sized sleeper sofa and an adjustable standing desk. Enjoy the collected art from world voyages. We have inflatable mattresses and linens if additional people need a space to sleep.

The kitchen is fully equipped with anything you need to cook. Microwave, oven, utensils, plates, fridge. The kitchen also has a dining table with 4 comfy chairs and a small bar. Help yourself to anything in the kitchen and bar.

The library has a vast collection of our favorite books. Feel free to peruse any of the books, but please do not remove them. Underneath the bookcase you will find a large collection of games for your enjoyment.

We live on an acre urban farm and own two chickens, Plato and Aristotle. They may say hi as they free-range and are very friendly. During the growing season we have fresh veggies and flowers, if we have any extra eggs or veggies we will leave them in the fridge for y'all to enjoy.

The back patio behind the house is your private space. Enjoy the zen garden and great bird watching. Smoking is okay in the back, but please no smoking in the house.

In front of the guesthouse is a firepit and the chicken coop. Please use the firepit if you would like and check out the chicken coop.

We live in the main farmhouse on the property. We will give y'all your privacy and peace. Let us know if you need anything or if you have any questions about Austin. We love Austin and know a lot about this great city.
