Ever wanted to step out your front door and step onto the beach? Well you can. Safety bay beach is beautiful for swimming and even has a dog friendly section all within 1 minutes walk! 4 local parks all within a 3 minute walk make this a perfect place for a relaxing getaway.
Guest access
This lovely home will be all yours, including the large enclosed rear year safe for children and pets. There is also a very large powered shed on a cement slab. This shed will comfortably hold an entire household of furniture and belongings. Previous guests immigrating to Australia have used this to store their household belongings when they have arrived.

Beautifully fitted out with newly renovated bathroom and kitchen this lovely home will ensure you have a relaxed, enjoyable stay. There is outdoor eating area for 9 in a very large enclosed, secure yard suitable for pets or children.
The very large storage shed is powered on a cement slab and can be used to store boats, cars, or even an entire household or goods should you be immigrating and your belongings arrive before you move out - all at no extra cost!
Enjoy the beauty of the Safety Bay beach and the world renound Kite Surfing location on your doorstep.
Visit Penguins in the wild at Penguin Island only 1 km away and keep an eye out for the local dolphins. Within walking distance is the local beach, parks, lakes, cafes, take away and public transport.
Venture another 500 meters to find restaurants including Mexican, Indian, Thai, Organic cafes, supermarket, butcher and more.
Drive for 8 minutes to major shopping center and entertainment complex and another 10 minutes to local wineries.
Only 40 minutes from the city of Perth via train or car.
