Private location set back on large farm property. You will have the basement level. The house is located on highway 17 the cow pasture is in front and the house is in the back of the lot. . A very convenient location. We are 2 miles from the turnoff to Zion national park

Has 3 bedrooms. One bedroom has 2 queen beds, flat screen tv and private bathroom the second bedroom has one queen bed, flat screen tv, desk space, and private bathroom third bedroom has 1 queen bed. Living area has couch, recliner, and large bean bag and flat screen tv. Play house under the stairs for kids and also a game table. Washer and Dryer also available. Not a full kitchen but has toaster oven, toaster, microwave, fridge, Keurig coffee maker, and there is a grill outside that may be used. Also a laundry sink on the patio with hot and cold water. Free wifi and Netflix available.

Neighbourhood highlights

This is a very private and quiet farm set back from Toquer blvd. Toquerville is close to everything but has no amenities. Shopping is available 3 miles down the road in LaVerkin for groceries, gas, and a couple of restaurants. Hurricane (6 miles from here)offers a variety of fast food restaurants and also some other grocery stores. Springdale (right next to Zion about 23miles) has the widest variety of restaurants, but groceries and gas will be more expensive there.

Lives in Toquerville, Utah
I was raised on a dairy farm here in Southern Utah and then moved across the country with my family. I was so happy to come back to Toquerville, the most beautiful place in the world. I enjoy being outside gardening, and taking care of our cows and chickens. I love early morning walks, hiking in Zion, and mountain biking. I am so happy to welcome you to Almost "Inn" Zion.
