Welcome to our modern 2 bedroom, 2.5 bath single-family house situated in an exceptional location just a few minutes from Duke University, Southpoint Mall, and Downtown Durham, with easy access to I-40 for Triangle-wide travel.
Immerse yourself in the elegantly appointed living area, featuring designer furniture and lighting, perfect for unwinding. The home also includes a dedicated office space, ideal for those working remotely or engaging in personal projects.

The space
The property has a king bed in one bedroom (with a lovely deck attached, great for coffee or drinks), a queen bed in the other. Both bedrooms have full bathrooms attached. The home also has a double air mattress that can be placed in the office (across from the bathroom on the first floor) or anywhere you'd like. There is also a large, comfortable couch in the living room, big enough for at least one person. There are plenty of linens and blankets for everybody.

The kitchen is modern, open-concept, and well equipped. We live close by and can bring many things that you might need, should you have requirements.
