Step out to the expansive outdoor deck, perfect for dining and lounging, complete with a built-in grill/BBQ and an adjacent wine cooler. Guests can unwind in the outdoor lounge area or swing in the two-person egg chair, while enjoying the warmth of the outdoor fireplace—ideal for creating lasting memories with s’mores under the stars. For those seeking some sunshine, the deck offers a great space for sunbathing and relaxing by the pool. The heated swimming pool also features an electronic cover, providing both safety and energy efficiency by keeping the water warmer. Like other Airbnbs in Sonoma, the pool is heated (April to October), and hot tub is heated year round.

House Rules:
- No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises (outside or inside). This is a smoke-free home. In case of violation of this policy, there will be a $500 fee for additional cleaning.
- Pool cover must be put on nightly.
- Quiet hours are from 9 p.m. to 8 a.m. The county has a rule that all Airbnbs must follow.
- The maximum occupancy for this home is 8. No additional guests at any time.
- No outdoor amplified sound is allowed at our villa.
- Please do not move the furniture in the house. The floors will scratch, and you will be responsible for paying to have them fixed.
- We allow one well-behaved pet (for an extra fee) but ask not to be left alone in the home. Please refer to the Pet section for more info.
- The maximum number of cars that can park on site is 4 (This is County requirements and our permit limitation).
- Please do not park on the street or gravel inside or outside the property lines. This
violates the county rules.
- The property shall not be used by more than the number of adults and children listed in your reservation.
