📝 Guest Agreement & Security
To protect our home and ensure a smooth experience, all guests are required to sign a rental agreement and complete a quick ID verification. Additionally, guests must either pay a small insurance waiver that covers accidental damages or submit a refundable security deposit. These policies help us keep the home in top condition and welcome respectful guests.
🔑 Guest Access
Guests will have full private access to the entire home, including all three bedrooms, both bathrooms, the living and dining areas, fully equipped kitchen, laundry room, and the fenced backyard with enclosed lanai. Enjoy complete privacy during your stay—no shared spaces. The only area not accessible is a small locked owner’s closet used for storage. Self-check-in is easy with a smart lock, and a personalized code will be provided prior to arrival for your convenience and security.

Georgia weather can be unpredictable, and while we do our best to prepare for anything, we cannot be held responsible for delays, power outages, storms, or other unforeseen events outside our control. Refunds will not be issued for weather-related events, utility interruptions, or other circumstances beyond our influence. We recommend purchasing travel insurance for added peace of mind.
Guest Rental Agreement, Security Deposit, & ID Verification Required:
✅ This property has special local compliance requirements which include a signed rental agreement, ID verification, and a security hold of $1000 (which is not a traditional security deposit, just a pending transaction). As an optional alternative to the security hold, you may opt in to purchase a non-refundable damage waiver provided by a third-party insurance company. The optional damage waiver is $69 for stays up to 10 nights, with an additional $1.50 per day for stays longer than 10 nights. Damage waiver purchases are optional.
To make this process easy for you, we use a secure and very simple, app-free platform called Happy Guest. It is not an app, and you do not have to sign up for an account - it’s a safe and secure website. It also gives you a guest portal with all the info about the home and all of my favorite local spots.
