The home features 5 bedrooms, (all with en suite bathrooms!) beautiful and functional outdoor spaces, and bikes to cruise to and from the beach.
The space

- Private Pool: Loungers and Adirondack chairs are featured, plus wet bar, grill, outdoor tv, and outdoor dining space. This can be heated for you as well, reach out for details!
- Private beach access: Seacrest community offers a private beach tram (March – October) that will take you directly to the beach. It runs daily and there are multiple pick-up spots throughout the neighborhood. You’ll also have direct access to Seacrest Beach boardwalk if you’d rather walk instead of ride! It’s right at the entrance to the neighborhood – quick 10 min walk.
- Resort Pool: In addition to the homes' private pool, you'll also have access to the Seacrest Lagoon pool, the largest on 30A. Loungers, cabanas, and snack bar all included.
- Bikes: 6 bikes for cruising to the beach.
- Functional spaces: 3 bedrooms and bonus family room feature outdoor balcony lounge areas.
- Rest: 5 bed, 5 bath with all bedrooms featuring an En Suite.
- Family friendly: Leave it to us! We'll provide pack n play and highchair for your little one.

- King Suite (1st Floor) King bed with fun beachy blues. Featured at the front of the home, you'll have amazing sunset viewing from your walk-out balcony with bistro set, plus an attached en suite bathroom. The en suite has a beautiful walk-in shower and single vanity.
- King Suite (2nd Floor) King bed with en suite bathroom, plenty of space to get cozy for the week, and a smart tv to catch up on your favorites.
- King Suite (2nd Floor) King bed with balcony access featuring a bistro set, perfect for your morning cup o joe! Your en suite has a walk-in shower and single vanity.
- Bunk Suite (3rd Floor) This bunk room is a gem! 2 Queen bunk beds - can sleep 8 total. Each bed has its own personal smart TV. These are custom built and a true treat for the home! The bunk suite also features an en suite full bath with shower / tub combo.

Other things to note
- There are exterior cameras at the front and back of the home.
- Parking is available in the driveway. There is space for 4 vehicles. Street parking is also available but limited.
- The word is out! 30A is one of Florida's best vacation spots. Unfortunately, more visitors means less parking options. Additional parking spaces are the responsibility of the renter. We recommend looking into nearby storage facilities who offer long term parking options in their lots.
- Minimum age to rent the home is 25.
- Golf carts are no permitted in Seacrest.
- We love our furry friends, and they need a vacation too! We allow dogs that are under 30 lbs and non- shedding. They must also be house trained. If your pup fits that criteria, we’d love for you to bring them along. A one-time, non-refundable pet fee of $150 will be added to your reservation. Thank you for understanding!
- Vacation disruptions can be a bummer. While it doesn’t happen often, you may experience issues with Wi-Fi or construction on 30A. We are not responsible for any disruptions to the Wi-Fi service or any construction that may affect your experience. Please note that such occurrences are beyond our control, and we appreciate your understanding and patience in these matters.
