Here you can spend a great vacation with your family and your pet in complete relaxation, in a strategic position between art, hills and the sea. You can easily reach Lucca, a historic city within the walls, in 20 minutes, Viareggio, a seaside and carnival city, in 15 minutes, all of Versilia in 25 minutes, Pisa in 30 minutes, Florence in 1 hour, the Cinque Terre in 1.30 hours. You can visit Garfagnana with many villages, rivers and bathing lakes. I would say that you are in the center of this side of Tuscany.

The space
The apartment is on the first floor, it has a beautiful courtyard equipped for dining outside with a pilozzo and barbecue. The parking lot is about 100 meters from the house and is free (in front of the municipal pool and the Misericordia). We provide bed linen and towels. In the house there is a double bed and two single beds, there are pillows for the beds. The kitchen is equipped with an espresso coffee machine for Dolce Gusto brand pods (the pods must be bought at the supermarket), pots and pans, dishes, glasses and cutlery. In the living room/kitchen, there is a pull-out sofa bed that forms two very comfortable single beds. One bed is very close to the floor on a pull-out slatted base, and the other is at bed height. The TV is only in the kitchen. Here you will find a fantastic location to visit Tuscany both on the sea and in the hinterland. It is an excellent solution for both the LUCCA COMIX and the LUCCA SUMMER FESTIVAL, as well as for the famous VIAREGGIO CARNIVAL, not to mention that it is an excellent and convenient solution for those who come on vacation and to work in VERSILIA.
