The space
We appreciate that many people are road tripping for their holidays at the moment, so to assist keeping the whole family together we are now allowing guests to bring along their family dog! The penthouse features stunning fixtures and finishes and is furnished with a relaxed coastal palette. This penthouse is located just 100 meters from the patrolled Main Beach and is centrally located with the CBD on your door step with all of Byron Bay's points of interest are an easy stroll away.

Spread over two luxurious levels, this brand new designer penthouse sleeps six guests in stylish surrounds. Modern furnishings and stylish fixtures provide you with a truly unique home away from home. The open plan living area with comfortable couches and a modern, well equipped kitchen is furnished with your relaxation in mind. Complimentary Wi-Fi is provided as well as a handy desk with Ethernet port. Foxtel, Netflix and Stan are included complimentary during your stay.

The kitchen is a delight to cook in and has a wine fridge perfect for entertaining. The living room spills onto a spacious alfresco dining and BBQ terrace, a wonderful breezy space that features planter boxes creating a wonderful roof top garden. Should you not feel like cooking, all of Byron's wonderful restaurants and eateries are only a short stroll along Bay Lane.

The main entry level also has a king bedroom and large bathroom with generous bathtub and opening skylight which lets you bath under the stars. The two king bedrooms being on different levels, makes this property perfect for two couples travelling together or a family travelling with teens.

Positioned to capture the sea breeze is the master suite located on the penthouses upper level. Coastal chic abounds in a palate of muted tones and striking charcoal timber floors. The bedroom features a king sized bed and a generous retreat area with a timber lined wave shaped ceiling, where you can relax in your own personal space. A smart TV provides entertainment to this bedroom. The penthouse comes with all house linen supplied including complimentary beach towels. Should guests wish to hire a second set of towels and linen this is available on request.

The master also has a good sized balcony a lovely spot to kick back with good book. The third bedroom is located on this level and has a queen bed and smart TV. Families with younger children can take advantage of the proximity of the third bedroom to the master, a handy location for young ones close by mum and dad! A generous bathroom services this level which features a double shower.

Should you have a car, two secure undercover parking spots are included with your rental. The penthouse has ceiling fans throughout as well as reverse cycle ducted air conditioning. A full laundry as well as outside drying yard and convenient beach equipment storage area.


Please note, for peak season reservations its best to send us a message first: We are closed on Christmas Day 25th December, Boxing Day 26th December, and New Years Day. Due to no cleaning staff available we can't take reservations arriving/ departing on these dates. If you are uncertain please send a message and we will let you know if we can take the booking.

Schoolies: Because of specific terms and condition and cancellation policies, we don’t take schoolies or school leaver bookings through Airbnb.

We are close to everything in Byron being in Bay Lane we are only 100 m to the main patrolled beach. All the cool Fletcher Street cafes and Bay Lane restaurants are virtually on our door step. Byron has paid parking so you really want to bok in a convenient spot such as this one. We have secure garage parking for 2 cars.
