It is unfortunate that Michael never communicated with us during his stay to convey these concerns. We we were in constant contact with his wife Tarralynne prior and during their arrival and nothing was mentioned to us. Numerous emails were sent to Tarralynne prior to booking and after arrival regarding information about our place and location. Immediately upon their arrival she requested and received a copy of a letter/lease to allow them to register there children in our local school, enrolment is strictly limited to catchment area children . A few days after enrolment and their arrival and they cancelled their 4 month stay and ceased any communication with us. Not once did he respond to any text or note relating to wifi upgrades or other resident matters. The immediate timing of their cancellation after receiving enrolment documentation speaks to their intent on renting our place. They never even replied to our notes as to when they were leaving so that we could coordinate with a new arriving local family . We respond immediately to our clients concerns and address them, but cannot do that if no one is communicating with us. Our apartment is as described in the listing; a lower level/basement unit, with windows in each room and a courtyard out front, and it’s size is as advertised. All of our photographs truly reflect each room- this is repeatedly pointed out in our other reviews. We have numerous repeat visitors to this suite.
