-The master bedroom is located on the first floor and also a half bathroom in the same hallway. The master also has a 25-inch television and a full-size bathroom.
-Up the stairs, you have 2 bedrooms and a full bathroom.
-The first bedroom upstairs has a queen-sized bed along with a bunk bed.
-The second bedroom has a queen bed as well. Both bedrooms have 55-inch televisions.
The kitchen is equipped with just about everything you would need and up-to-date appliances. Super Important: The home is located in a gated community which can only be accessed through the main entrance on Pine Mountain Drive. The address is: 19228 Pine Mountain Drive, Groveland, CA 95321. There is a $50.00 fee to access/ parking fee per vehicle. This one-time fee cannot be avoided as the association controls it. High fire risk area.

Wildlife/Pest/Insect Control: This cabin is located in the woods! We are very fortunate that our cabin is surrounded by nature - from the family of deer that live on the property to the incredible starry nights, our guest get to experience the very best nature has to offer! However, keep in mind that there are a variety of critters that call our neighborhood home. While we have a fabulous cleaning team and have our cabin treated regularly, we cannot guarantee that you won't run into any critters. No refunds of any kind will be given for issues with wildlife/pests/insects. You can help keep them away by making sure crumbs and spills are cleaned up promptly, and any trash placed outside is locked in the designated trash cans.
